suppliers. It describes in minute detail the procedures for writing
a standardized cue sheet. It includes a sample cue sheet with
explanations of what each section should include. It also has sample
cue sheet segments for most rhythms. |
Cueing Guidelines |
ROUNDALAB |
This booklet suggests cueing techniques that
will be the least confusing for the dancers. It covers step cues,
single measure cues, jive and west coast swing cues, two measure
cues, four measure cues, defined figures that require a numerical
suffix, general and optional cues. |
Curriculum for Teacher's Schools |
ROUNDALAB |
This manual is an outline for the minimum items
to be covered in a Teachers School. It covers sound equipment,
voice, music, cueing, figure execution and dance techniques,
teaching, programming, leadership, and the business side of cueing
and teaching |
Curriculum Guidelines |
CALLERLAB |
The purpose of this manual is to provide useful
information and standardized curriculum guidelines to aid and assist
Caller-Coaches in three areas: (1) when conducting or serving on
the staff of a caller school; (2) when conducting a caller clinic or
training seminar; or (3) when working with a single caller student
in an apprentice training program. The manual may also serve as a
guide for caller association training directors to assure that
association training programs cover the material adequately. This
document contains very technical information intended for
caller-coaches or other experienced callers who desire a technical
manual. It may not be appropriate for newer callers. |
